RPA vs. Low Code [Workshop]

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Low Code software development. Two hot trends in enterprise architecture. What are they exactly? Which one is for what?

RPA provides organizations with the ability to reduce staffing costs and human error. Using RPA tools, a company can configure software, or a “robot,” to capture and interpret applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems. RPA scenarios range from something as simple as generating an automatic response to an email to deploying thousands of bots, each programmed to automate jobs in an ERP system.

Low-code is a visual approach to software development. Low-code abstracts and automates every step of the application lifecycle to enable rapid delivery of a variety of software solutions. It breaks the traditional silos of business and IT to promote continuous collaboration.
